Free Domestic Shipping for all purchases over 100 CHF.

Standard Shipping for all purchases under 100 CHF: 9 CHF
Delivery in 2 working days, from Monday to Friday.

Fast: 14 CHF
Next working day delivery, Monday to Friday, delivery on Saturday is also possible.

We also have the free option to Pick Up in our store. We will let you know via email when your order is ready. The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout.

Europe (EU and Non-EU Countries

Standard: 20 CHF

USA

Important To Know: All the international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We do not take the responsability for any additional charges that your country may impose.

Returns

Returns of accessories, fragrances, and intimate apparel will not be accepted. Items on sale are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.

To proceed to exchange, items must be in their original condition with no damage, a sign of usage or washing, and they must be sent back in the original parcel box with no missing elements, including, but not limited to original packaging, dust bag, spare shoelaces, price tags, brand labels, etc. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of the parcel and the return being shipped back to the customer.

The customer has the right to exchange the purchased items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without being obliged to pay a fine or state any reasons. However, the customer should inform us by email before dispatching the return. Our customer service will reply in shortest time and will confirm the request as soon as possible. After our confirmation of exchange, the package(s) are expected to be sent to us within 7 calendar days after the confirmation date.

Items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any requests or returns falling outside of the above time frame will not be accepted. The customer will be informed of this by email.

Items are returned at the customer’s own risk and expenses. The Vendor can therefore not be held liable for refunds for items that have been lost, stolen, or damaged. It is up to the customer to prove that the relevant package was sent back to us. If the package is returned in a damaged condition, the Vendor must immediately send an email to the customer in order to ensure that it is not held liable for this.

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.  In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, we reserve the right to withhold the payment and keep the returned merchandise. 

Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.
