Conditions of Sale

The Seller reserves the right not to accept purchase orders. This may occur, for example, in cases of product unavailability, incomplete or incorrect orders, pricing errors, or orders that conflict with the Seller's commercial policy and/or the General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the Seller will promptly, and in any event within 30 days of the transmission of the order to the Seller, inform the Customer via email that the contract has not been concluded and that the purchase order has not been processed. If the Customer has already submitted the order form and paid the price, the Seller will proceed to refund the amount paid.
