Momotaro also reduced the drawbacks of rigid denim by implementing a process that minimizes shrinkage after washing. With black threads for both warp and weft, the result is a darker, more intense black denim. The use of thinner, stiff-finished weft threads gives the jacket a refined texture. Additionally, the fabric has undergone processing to reduce shrinkage, addressing the limitations of rigid denim.
