This shoe is created using the Blake sewn method, also known as side-to-side stitching. This technique was invented in 1858 by Leeman Reed Blake, a shoemaker and employee of sewing machine manufacturer Singer.
It provides superior flexibility and lightness to the shoe. It has a traditional shape with a slightly rounded end and is made in Spain with a natural rubber sole.
